In September 2020, Linistry Zrt. was awarded HUF 19,926,600 as part of the tender „2020-1.1.1-SME-START” ran by the National Research, Development and Innovation Office in Hungary.

o Name of the beneficiary: Linistry Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság
o Project name: Customer call and virtual queuing
o The amount of the support: HUF 19,926,600
o Project description:
The aim of the project is to further develop the Linistry digital customer call solution in order to significantly improve the domestic and international competitiveness of Hungarian innovation. Through its new developments, Linistry effectively reduces customer / customer wait times in customer service situations and provides service providers (banks, telecommunications companies, offices, stores) with a transparent, easy-to-use tool to serve their customers quickly and conveniently. It will be completed within the project
• a messaging application that allows customers to request a salesperson or clerk in situations where no employee is available.
• an appointment service that meets the needs of service providers operating large customer services (banks, telecommunications companies, offices)
• a time and attendance module where customer service staff can easily record their day-to-day tasks, facilitating administration and capacity planning for company executives
• a table reservation service to make employees' office work secure (reopening after COVID)

In our experience, the companies we serve currently cannot find an effective solution in the areas we need to develop, so we want to enter the market with our services in Hungary and abroad as soon as possible. Our company provides services in Hungary, the Central and Eastern European region, Austria and Germany. Banks, telecom companies, department stores and other retail service providers operating in this region all have market potential.

The project was implemented from 01.11.2020 to 31.10.2021.
